Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in original packaging

  • It is in resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Provide a full refund

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us via our Contact page or email with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide return instructions within 1 business day.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

  • Items returned without prior approval


Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
